LEEP Calendar Gift Subscription Terms

The LEEP Calendar is great affordable gift (less than $20 USD) that will help them do their job splendidly. Simply purchase a gift subscription and we'll send your recipient and email with access instructions. They can begin using the LEEP Calendar immediately.

The following are the terms and conditions for LEEP Calendar Gift Subscriptions. Contact us at public@LEEPCalendar.com with any questions.

  1. Gift Subscriptions are pre-paid memberships to the LEEP Calendar service, redeemable in the country of purchase. A person who receives and redeems a Gift Subscription to the LEEP Calendar service is referred to in these terms as the "Recipient." Recipient must be 18 years of age or older to become a member of the LEEP Calendar service.

  2. There are no refunds or other credit for Gift Subscriptions which are not redeemed.

  3. LEEP Calendar will notify Recipient prior to the end of the Gift Subscription that the gift period is about to expire. Recipient authorizes LEEP Calendar to automatically renew the membership and bill Recipient's payment method for the annual membership fees unless Recipient cancels prior to the end of the Gift Subscription. If Recipient does not have a valid payment method on file with LEEP Calendar, Recipient can continue the LEEP Calendar membership by providing a valid payment method to LEEP Calendar. Recipient further authorizes LEEP Calendar to charge Recipient's payment method each year for the membership fees until Recipient cancels the LEEP Calendar membership. Although the membership is cancelable at anytime, there is no refund or credit for partially used periods.

  4. Recipient can click on the "Your Account" link for cancellation instructions.

  5. LEEP Calendar is not responsible if a Gift Subscription is lost, stolen or used without permission.

  6. Gift Subscriptions are not redeemable or refundable for cash, subject to applicable law, and cannot be resold or combined with any other special or free offers, or exchanged for other Gift Subscriptions..

  7. Gift Subscriptions and their use are subject to these terms and the LEEP Calendar Terms of Use.
