BABYSITTER'S DAY, NTL.
About National Babysitter's Day
Each year on the day prior to Mother’s Day, the United States celebrates National Babysitters Day. This is a time to thank babysitters for all they do to help raise this nation’s children and show gratitude for the time off they give parents.
The American Red Cross provides babysitting training for youths and adults. Designed for students ages 11 and older, this online training provides the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly care for infants and children up to the age of 10, as well as to manage a babysitting business. It takes about 4 hours to complete and makes learning fun with lots of videos and interactive games.
