About Bagel & Lox Day
Bagels & Lox are an American made pairing of bagels with salt brine preserved salmon thinly sliced and often served with capers, cream cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. The bagel was popularized by the Lender Brothers (Lender's Bagels) in the United States, though it's origin was as a common street food.
