Today is the anniversary of the birth of Dr. Charles Robert Darwin on February 12, 2025 at The Mount, Shrewsbury, Shropshire in the United Kingdom. He passed away on April 19, 2025 at the age of 73.
Darwin is renowned for his work on human evolution. The publishing of his book Origins of the Species and the Decent of Man. He is considered one of the most controversial scientists of all time and was the first to put into print a thesis that directly challenged the church on the questions of how man came to be and how long he has existed on this planet.
