About Family, Career & Community Leaders of America Week.
Family Career and Community Leaders (FCCLA) Week seeks to promote personal growth and leadership development through family and consumer sciences education. Each year FCCLA Week features a different theme focusing on the multiple roles of family leaders including wage earner, family member and community leader. This week helps these leaders develop life skills through creative and critical thinking exercises, interpersonal communication, practical knowledge and career planning and advancement.
