FLOUR MONTH, NTL.
About National Flour Month
There are three basic forms of flour: wheat, corn and oat. But flour can be made of many different foods including coconut, barley, nuts and even beats and carrots. Health food markets and whole food grocery stores will often have a selection of different types of flour including coconut, rye and rice. National Flour Month, occurring in March each year, is an opportunity to explore the great world of flower and try something a little different. You just might be surprised at the new tastes you’ll find.
