February is American Heart Month

Each February to coincide with Valentines Day the American Heart Associations sponsors American Heart Month. The entire month is devoted to special events and education forums designed to educate people about the dangers of heart disease and what to do to stop it. In addition to American Heart Month, the American Heart Association also sponsors Wear Red for Heart Disease Day in February.
