About Patient Safety Awareness Week
Patient Safety Awareness Week, (formerly Patient Safety Awareness Month) moved from a monthly event to a weekly event in 2014. The purpose of the week is to support the importance of patient safety throughout the State of Missouri by encouraging providers and consumers to obtain information about patient safety issues.
